IV. Wood Ape Home

Culmination. Once safely hidden from Those-Who-Think-They-Know-But-Can-Barely-Even-See ("humans"), they -- the Bigfoots -- can expand and embrace their domain, their majestic and living Wood Ape Home.

All that has led up to the realization, the Revelation that this Wood Ape Home exists -- the smells, sounds, shapes, the clues the knowing that someone is right here but completely hidden, the forest's protective emerald embrace and it's hallucinogenic shielding from harm -- arrives now with this musical visit to the realm of the wood ape. Sasquatch and yeti have been called hundreds of names, Bigfoot being one of the catchiest and most recent (1958), and mythology, folklore, rumor, crytpo-zoology and fringe-ology in general have been great friends to the wood ape, for it is this humble composer's personal and devotional opinion that tributes such as these are about as close to Bigfoot as we should be permitted to get.

Quoth the Bigfoot: "Leave us alone."

Our imagination can transport us to a brief visit to the Wood Ape Home, but by all the lords and gods of the forest we shall never, ever be permitted to fully encounter them until such time as homo sapiens is completely and truly illuminated.

Until such time, we shall be humble, stay devoted to the Green, stay in love with the creation and lean into our special ability to acknowledge, celebrate and remain in wonder.

So mote it be, thus the Bigfoot Revelation.
